"As a grief counselor, I often sit with families after a loss. Angel Brother has become one of the resources I share with them when appropriate. It gives children and parents a shared language for what feels impossible to say, and makes space for the kind of honest conversation that begins real healing."

"I was happy to find this book. The words were healing and warm. With storytelling through the eyes of children, it helped me realize that we can celebrate and honor our loved ones lost in ways that feel protective and supportive, rather than sad and scary. This is a great read for families with angel babies."

Angel Brother

"Reading Angel Brother with my niece and nephew became one of those quiet, meaningful moments you don't expect but end up remembering. What stood out to me most is how gently the story approaches something that can be so difficult to talk about, especially with children. It doesn't feel heavy or overwhelming, but instead feels comforting and full of love. My niece (5) was really engaged the whole time, asking thoughtful questions, and my nephew (3) just kept wanting to flip back through the pages again. As an adult, I also appreciated how sincere the story feels. You can tell it comes from a real place, and that honesty really carries through. It even led to a really sweet conversation with my sister afterward, which made the experience even more special. Even if this topic doesn't directly relate to your own life, it's still such a beautiful and impactful book to have on your shelf. It's one of those stories that quietly stays with you. Highly recommend for families, especially for bedtime reading! <3"

"Great illustration of phenomenal read! Meticulous layout of what it means to encapsulate a family member who left too soon, but is still being honored for the gift of existence in their family's everyday lives!"

Angel Brother

"What an incredible created masterpiece!

There are few subjects more tender, more sacred, and more difficult to approach than an angel baby. Yet this children's book does so with extraordinary grace, courage, and compassion. In a literary space where silence often surrounds grief, this work opens the door gently — and with love.

The authors accomplishes something remarkable: speaking to children about loss without diminishing their emotional intelligence or overwhelming their hearts. The language is simple yet profound, offering clarity without harshness. Each page feels intentional, honoring both the innocence of childhood and the complexity of grief. Rather than presenting death as something frightening or final, the book frames it as a transition held in memory, love, and connection.

The illustrations deepen the experience. Soft tones and tender expressions create a safe emotional landscape where young readers — and the adults guiding them — can sit with difficult feelings. There is no sensationalism, no forced positivity, and no rushed resolution. Instead, the story models healthy mourning: naming feelings, asking questions, and allowing space for sadness while also preserving hope.

What makes this book especially powerful is its dual audience. While written for children, it quietly ministers to parents, caregivers, and educators navigating their own grief. It provides language for conversations that many families struggle to begin. It reassures adults that honesty, when delivered gently, is an act of protection — not harm.

This is not simply a book about death. It is a book about love that does not disappear. It is about memory, legacy, and the enduring bonds that exist beyond physical presence. It affirms that even the briefest life can hold immeasurable meaning.

For families facing unimaginable loss, for siblings trying to understand absence, and for professionals supporting grieving children, this book is an invaluable resource. It does not claim to remove pain. Instead, it offers companionship within it — and that is perhaps the most healing gift of all.

A tender, necessary, and beautifully executed body of work!"
